The conference will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn in St George, UT.
Scholarship Applicants: Please complete the scholarship registration form.
Vendors & General Attendees: Please complete the regular registration form.
Deadline: August 11, 2025, for both conference registration and hotel reservations.
NEW THIS YEAR
Our State Roadeo Competition will be held on Thursday, September 11th. Roadeo Testing and Pre-Trip Inspections will begin around 2:00 PM and the Roadeo will start at 4:00 PM.
VENDOR EXHIBITS
Vendor Exhibit setup can begin as early as Thursday, September 11th at 8:00 AM. The exhibits will be open to attendees starting at 8:30 AM on September 11th and will continue until 5:00 PM on Friday, September 12th. Exhibits will be displayed outside the main conference ballroom and will have an 8 foot table available for your use. Should you need any additional items such as linens or power, please contact the Hilton Garden Inn. Your registration will include meals provided at the conference.
We have sponsorship opportunities for you to gain additional exposure and to support the URSTA organization. Sponsors will need to provide the signage, handouts, and logo to support their sponsorship. Vendor Exhibits will receive their name and logo on conference agenda, recognition in newsletter/website, and verbal recognition at the sponsored event.
